Since leaving school in Redditch Jasmin-Kora a R&B style singer songwriter took a two year music technology course in Bromsgrove and then landed a development contract with Mad Hat Music Productions in Stratford upon Avon. During the last twelve months she has written and recorded twenty original compositions many of which will be featured on her forthcoming album currently in production. Her first acoustic show was in April and she has many more scheduled over the summer. She can be contacted via Chris on sergeantmanagement@btinternet.com

A journey of hope to leave a South African legacy..Rally to Read is a joint project involving private sponsors, members of the South African business community and 135 rural schools, organised annually by McCarthy, the READ Educational Trust and the Financial Mail. Since its inception, the Rally to Read has been a fascinating, exciting and inspiring journey. From the very beginning, the wheels of this project have turned through the dedication of organisers, funders and participants with the common vision of bringing hope through literacy.

e man with the big idea began life round a dinner table and a wine fuelled conversation regarding what possesses people to come up with mad ideas A very brief synopsis of the story could be described as The electric cool aid acid test meets Lock stock and two smoking barrels [Guy Richie film].
The book takes a few light-hearted stabs at
self importance and if it has any true value in it, it is that it, possibly in a paradoxical way, tells the real story of the sixties. It seemed for
years that this subject was airbrushed from history,emphasis being placed on what could be described as the silly froth of fashion and
pop music. The times do,at last,appear to be changing and there is a global reawakening of real scientific interest in psychedelic
molecules and heightened awareness in general..It really could be our only hope and it may come in the nick of time...Above all
though, this story is meant to be funny..Self importance is always the enemy and humour is the antidote to the poison.

CC Kat is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Heart of
England NHS Foundation Trust. She has a general plastic and cosmetic
surgery practice with sub-specialty interests in breast surgery
(enlargement, uplift, reduction and reconstruction), as well as facial
rejuvenation (face lift, brow lift, eyelid reduction, nose re-shaping
and ear re-shaping), body contouring (liposuction, abdominal reduction,
arm reduction, thigh lift and body lift) and non cosmetic procedures
(dermal fillers and chemical peels).
CC holds memberships with the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the British Association of Surgical Oncology (Breast).
She graduated from the National University of Singapore Medical School in 1987 and trained in plastic and reconstruction surgery in the regional plastic centre at Mount Vernon Hospital in London, Queen Mary University Hospital in Roehampton and the Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury.
CC undertook her 18-month breast fellowship at the regional breast centre based at the University Hospital of Manchester and at the plastic and reconstruction unit at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, USA. She then undertook a six-month cosmetic fellowship at the renowned Wellington Hospital in London gaining experience in endoscopic browlifts, facelifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasties and body contouring, including abdominoplasties and liposuction.

The coffee's on...Log fires are lit as its -3 outside.
A freezing but beautiful sunny morning!
Started a little bit earlier this week so to catch the morning light in the dinning room.
Weather is 10/10 today which will make a huge difference to the first few shots.

After visiting many country houses shooting fashion this has to be one of the best for me.
The decor is truly inspiring and its nice to see a unique and creative approach helping to
create a lavish English country home.

Over the next couple of months I will be shooting for a new book detailing the history and fantastic world of Cocoa Bridal Couture. Cocoa is a beautiful couture wedding dress shop, all the dresses are handmade with a vintage feel. There are often one-off unique pieces and incredible vintage accessories including head pieces, jewellery and veils.
